  • 260 g cod approx 130g/4.5oz per loin, loins
  • 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon butter melted
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 0.5 lemon juice only

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 tablespoon Olive oil, 2 teaspoon Butter, juice of 0.5 Lemon and 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
  2. Dip 260 g Cod loins loins into the mixture.
  3. Put the cod into your air fryer. Pour over any remaining mixture.
  4. Add slices of 1 Lemon.
  5. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes.
