This 4th of July air fryer cookie cake is full of classic cookie flavor and patriotic chocolate chips. It's a sweet, delicous addition to any July 4th.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon butter softened
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup red, white, and blue baking chips or M&M's

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat again until batter is uniform.
- Add baking chips and mix again.
- Press dough into a greased air fryer cake barrel pan.
- Air fry at 340ºF for 13 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 310ºF and bake for an additional 6 minutes or until center is baked through.
- Allow to cool on wire rack until ready to serve.

- Always preheat your air fryer for even cooking and proper cooking times.
- Press the dough firmly into the cake barrel to create the cookie cake.
- Let the cookie cake cool in the barrel before turning it out.
