Air Fryer Cornish Hens (2 Ways)

Air Fryer Cornish Hen. Two quick, simple, and delicious ways to cook Cornish hens in the air fryer. Both methods produce rotisserie style crispy Cornish hens that are perfect for dinner for two in the air fryer.

Air Fryer Cornish Hen Ingredients:
- 2 Cornish hens
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp rosemary
- 1 Tsp thyme
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp basil
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Mix dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover your Cornish hens with extra virgin olive oil and then cover in the seasoning making sure the hen is well coated.
- Air fry for 20 minutes at 180c/360f breast side down.
- Turn the Cornish hen and do another 20 minutes at the same temperature with the breast side up.
- Remove from the air fryer, allow to rest for 5 minutes and then serve with your favourite sides.
Notes
- Seasoning. You can you use any of your favourite seasonings. We went with a classic Mediterranean seasoning.
- Quantities. Note that we have a Philips Air Fryer XL (this one) and it’s the perfect size for 2 Cornish hens. If you have smaller, you might need to just cook one.
