Crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside, this Air Fryer French Toast is the easiest way to make a breakfast favorite!

Ingredients
- 8 slices brioche bread or other dense bread, thickly sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl or dish.
- Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture allowing a few seconds for the egg to soak into the bread.
- Place four slices of bread in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes.
- After four minutes flip the bread and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until the bread is golden in color.
- Repeat with other slices of bread.
Notes
- Air Fryers can vary. This recipe was tested in a 5.8QT Cosori. Be sure to check your french toast early so it doesn't overcook and dry out.
- Bread Thickness Thicker bread may need a minute extra, thinner bread may need a little bit less time.
- Feeding a Crowd? Do not overcrowd the air fryer. If serving a crowd, cook all of the french toast in batches. Once it's all cooked, place it all back into the air fryer and heat for 2 minutes.
- Nutrition information uses 2/3 of the egg mixture.
