Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Wings
Description
Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Wings is a straightforward method where frozen wings are placed in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Cooking at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes starts heating and rendering the wings. After shaking or turning the wings, an additional 5 minutes at the same temperature finishes the cooking process, resulting in wings that are hot and crispy.
The use of an air fryer allows fat to drain away while circulating hot air around the wings, creating a crispy exterior without deep frying. Olive oil spray can be added optionally to improve skin crispiness. The recipe is flexible with wing flavor, as any frozen wings can be used.
This preparation suits quick meal solutions or appetizer preparations with minimal hands-on time. Checking that wings are thoroughly hot and crispy before serving ensures food safety and best texture.
