Make moist, flaky and delicious fish every time with this easy air fryer frozen salmon recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 frozen salmon fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- A handful of chopped fresh parsley (optional - to garnish)
Instructions
- Line the bottom of your air fryer basket with parchment paper and grease the top for easier cleaning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, while the air fryer is preheating, soak the salmon in a bowl of room-temperature water (optional).
- Make the honey mustard sauce by combining olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, and salt.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt and pepper, and apply the honey mustard sauce to the skin side.Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook at 200°C/400°F for 8-9 minutes. After this initial cooking time is over, season the top of the fillets with salt, pepper, and brush with more of the mustard sauce.
- Cook for another 7-9 minutes, or until done. Check for doneness with an instant-read thermometer (145°F/63°C).
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with the remaining sauce.
