  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan grated

Instructions

  1. Put 500 g Gnocchi, 1 tablespoon Olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic granules, 1 pinch Sea salt and 1 pinch Ground black pepper into a bowl. Toss well to coat all of the gnocchi.
  2. Put the coated gnocchi into your air fryer.
  3. Cook at 190°C/375°F for 12 minutes, shaking twice during cooking.
  4. Once cooked add the Parmesan.

Notes

  • Coat all gnocchi pieces evenly with oil and seasoning for consistent crisping.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow proper airflow and uniform cooking.
