Air Fryer Green Beans

Easy to make green beans made with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cooked in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1.5 pound fresh green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Optional to serve: Shaved parmesan cheese, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Trim the ends of the green beans and place them in a sheet pan or a very large bowl.
- Drizzle with the oil and add in the seasonings. Use your hands to toss very well until all pieces are coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Air fry the green beans in 2 batches, for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Serve with parmesan and lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
- you may add any seasoning of your choice in addition to the garlic powder
- try swapping olive oil with avocado oil
- frozen green beans can be used but fresh green beans are preferred.
