Air Fryer Green Beans

Air Fryer Green Beans are fresh green beans tossed with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and cooked until tender with slight crispness. Using an air fryer provides a quick way to roast the beans evenly with minimal oil. These green beans have mild garlic seasoning and a pleasant roasted texture, suitable as a side dish or snack.

Description

This recipe starts with fresh, trimmed green beans coated uniformly in olive oil and spices including garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cooking in an air fryer at 375°F for about 8 minutes with a midway toss ensures even roasting while keeping them crisp-tender.

The seasoning is simple, allowing the natural flavor of the green beans to stand out with a mild garlic note and subtlesaltiness. The air fryer method provides a roasted texture without deep frying, resulting in a lighter dish with slight caramelization.

These green beans can be served as a quick side alongside main courses or as a snack. Their easy preparation and quick cook time make them practical for weeknight meals.

To vary the flavor, one can add crushed red pepper flakes for spice, sprinkle with cheese after cooking, or garnish with fresh herbs and lemon zest, as suggested in the additional seasoning ideas.
