Air Fryer Lamb Salad

Make use of your lamb leftovers with this delicious Greek air fryer lamb salad cooked in the air fryer using leftover lamb shoulder.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 300 g lamb leftover and sliced
  • Salad Garnish
  • lettuce handful
  • ½ red cabbage
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 tomato for salad
  • ½ cucumber
  • Greek Dip
  • 4 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ Tsp Garlic puree

Instructions

  1. Do your prep. Shred the lettuce, shred the red cabbage, peel and slice the red onion. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber and place them onto a serving platter leaving space for the dip and the lamb. Place the lamb into the air fryer. If the pieces are too big, then cut into quarters.
  2. Air fry the sliced lamb for 3 minutes at 180c/360f or until the lamb is piping hot. Whilst the air fryer warms up the lamb add the Greek dip ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  3. Finish the salad by adding the lamb and the dip and serve.

Notes

  • Optional. If you would like pitta breads with your lamb salad, then you can also warm them up in the air fryer. Just another 3 minutes at the same temperature.
