Air Fryer Loaded Fries
Description
The recipe starts by cooking ground beef with tinned tomatoes, seasoning blends, and soft cheese in an air fryer baking pan at moderate heat to create a seasoned meat topping. The beef is drained of excess fat and combined with grated cheese to add richness. Meanwhile, potatoes are sliced into fries, tossed with olive oil, salt, and optional spices, then air-fried until golden and crisp. Once the fries are ready, the beef mixture and reserved grated cheese are layered on top, then briefly cooked again at higher temperature to melt the cheese and meld the flavors. This creates a loaded fries dish with juicy, flavorful beef and crisp potatoes.
You can vary the seasoning blends—such as oregano, taco, or chili seasoning—to customize the flavor profile. Using fresh potatoes yields crispier fries, but frozen fries can be substituted for convenience.

- Fresh potatoes crisp better, but frozen fries are an acceptable shortcut.
