Air Fryer Plum Crumble

Love a crumble? Want an easy air fryer crumble? then it doesn’t get any better than air fryer plum crumble.

Ingredients
- 6 plums
- 4 Tsp granulated sugar for sprinkling
- 4 Tbsp golden syrup
Crumble Topping
- 125 g plain flour all purpose
- 28 g rolled oats
- 60 g unsalted butter
- 5 Tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions
- Firstly, make your crumble topping. Place all crumble ingredients into a bowl and using your fingertips rub the fat into the flour, oats and sugar until you have a mixture that resembles breadcrumbs and then put to one side.
- Slice the plums and discard the stones. Place the plum chunks into ramekins, spreading them out and filling to almost the brim. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over the fruit in each ramekin followed by a drizzle of golden syrup. Air fry for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
- When the air fryer beeps add the crumble mixture over the plums and then air fry for a further 8 minutes at the same temperature or until crispy and golden to your liking.
Notes
- Syrup. You can swap golden syrup for maple syrup or honey.
