Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 pork chops boneless, ¾-1" thick
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Brush the pork chops with the olive oil on all sides.
  2. Season: Whisk the Parmesan cheese with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Dredge each pork chop through the Parmesan mixture.
  3. Cook: Place the pork chops in the air fryer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops. When they reach 145°F, they are cooked through.
  4. Rest: Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Worried about underdone pork? Let the chops warm up at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cooking.
  • Grab smoked paprika! It may be tempting to use the regular paprika already in your pantry.
  • Make sure the pork chops fit nicely in the air fryer - no stacking. If your air fryer is small, you can cook in batches.
  • Remember to flip the chops halfway through the cooking process for a beautiful sear on both sides.
  • Get yourself an instant-read digital thermometer to take the temperature of the pork.
  • Let the pork rest for 3-5 minutes before digging in.
  • Transfer the leftover pork chops to an airtight container and store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • You can also store the cooked pork in the freezer for 2-6 months. Make sure the pork has fully cooled down to room temperature before storing.
