Ingredients
- 900 g potato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon basil dried
Instructions
- Wash, dry and chop 900 g Potatoes (and peel if you prefer).
- Put them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon Olive oil1 teaspoon Dried oregano, 1 teaspoon Dried basil and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper and mix well.
- Add to your air fryer basket and cook at 180°C/350℉ for 15 minutes.
- Shake and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Notes
- Soak starchy potatoes in water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry to achieve better texture.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure the potatoes crisp up properly.
- Use floury potatoes for best results; peeling is optional and leaving skins adds fiber.
- Gently shake or use tongs halfway through cooking to prevent breaking and promote even browning.
- Leftover roast potatoes can be chopped and added to a frittata for a second use.
