Description
Vegetables including bell pepper, courgette, onion, and broccoli are cut into chunks or florets and combined with olive oil and a Mediterranean seasoning blend. After thorough mixing to coat evenly, the vegetables are spread in a single layer in the air fryer, either in one or multiple batches depending on capacity. Roasting at high heat for 15 minutes softens the vegetables while developing light charred edges characteristic of roasting.

Instructions
