This Air Fryer Salmon is tender, flaky, and cooked to perfection!

Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets about 6 ounces each
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt more to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper more to taste
- 1 lemon sliced, plus extra for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Brush salmon with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Sprinkle over salmon filets.
- Place lemon slices in the air fryer basket and place the salmon filets on top.
- Cook 6 to 9 minutes* or just until cooked through. Do not overcook.
Notes
- Do not overcook Salmon can vary in thickness which will affect cook time. Thinner salmon filets may only need 6-7 minutes while thicker filets may need 9-11 minutes. Check your salmon early and allow for more time if needed.
- Place the thermometer in the thickest part of the salmon and remove when the internal temp is 145° F.
- If left in the basket the salmon will continue to cook; once it's done, remove from the basket immediately.
