  • 240 g salmon fillets
  • 0.5 lemon juice only
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat 240 g Salmon fillets with paper towel.
  2. Squeeze juice of 0.5 Lemon over the salmon. Sprinkle over 0.5 teaspoon Paprika, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder and Sea salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with Spray oil and place the salmon in to it.
  4. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 8-10 minutes, until the salmon flakes with a fork.

Notes

  • For additional flavor, incorporate a spoonful of Dijon mustard into the seasoning.
  • Ensure salmon fillets are of uniform thickness for even cooking.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary for crispness.
