These Air Fryer Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs are a quick and convenient way to enjoy juicy, flavorful chicken! These chicken thighs cook up crispy on the outside and tender on the inside in just a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods!

Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp brown sugar
- cracked black pepper
- BBQ sauce or other favorite serving sauces
Instructions
- Toss the chicken thighs together with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, sugar, and a good few grinds of black pepper until well coated.
- Air fry the chicken in a single layer, working in batches if needed, for 15-17 minutes at 360F, turning halfway. When cooked through, the chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165F.
