Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 pie crust premade or homemade double pie crust recipe
  • 63 mini marshmallows
  • 2 chocolate Hershey’s chocolate bars
  • 2 graham crackers
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 teaspoon of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  2. Carefully roll out the pie crusts on a flat surface and use a 3½-inch round biscuit cutter, cut 14 round circles out of pie crusts.
  3. Spread out 7 circles of crust on a flat surface and place 3 pieces of chocolate on the pie crust.
  4. Place 9 mini marshmallows on top of each piece of chocolate.
  5. Place another layer of dough on top of each pie and use a fork to seal the sides of the crust then slice 4 small slits in the top of the pie crust.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water and brush the egg wash on top of the pies.
  7. Crush graham crackers in a bag or food processor until fine then sprinkle crumbs on the tops of the pies.
  8. Cook the pies for 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • I use a Cosori 5.8-quart air fryer and can cook 4 pies at a time. Other air fryers may have larger or smaller baskets to cook more or less.
  • I used a 3 ½ inch cutter and made 7 pies, if you use a 4-inch cutter it will yield 6. I used a premade pie crust, a homemade crust may yield more.
  • If you want to make half-moon pies, use a 5-inch cutter and fold over the sides and seal instead of using two slices of dough.
  • The marshmallows do melt inside the pie. You could also use dollops of marshmallow fluff.
