Air Fryer Soft Boiled Eggs. How to air fry soft boiled eggs so that they are perfectly runny and ideal for a quick breakfast or brunch. Once you make soft boiled eggs in the air fryer once, there will be no going back to the old boiling method.

- 6 large eggs

Instructions
- Load eggs into the air fryer basket, making sure none of them are cracked.
- Set the temperature to 120c/250f and cook for 10 minutes.
- When the air fryer beeps quickly load into egg cups and slice the tops off. Serve with toast or cucumber/carrot sticks.
Notes
- Time. Note that the cook time will vary if you are using a low performing air fryer or if your eggs are a different size. I recommend you play about with the cook times to get your perfect air fryer dippy eggs.
- Quantities. You can do up to 12 eggs at once in your air fryer basket. Though because we are normally feeding between 1-4 people it will vary between 2-6 for us.
