Instructions
- Air fry the toast first and then spread with butter or margarine and then cut into toast soldiers.
- Place the duck eggs into the air fryer basket and air fry at 120c/250f for 10 minutes.
- Place the duck eggs into boiled egg cups and serve with the soldiers.
Notes
- Hard. If you would like hard boiled duck eggs (instead of soft boiled) increase the cook time to 16 minutes.
