Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steak cut into bite sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped
- salt
- black pepper
For Garlic Herb Butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
Instructions
- Add the cubed steak to a bowl and drizzle with oil.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the steak is coated.
- Place the steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Try to make it so the pieces aren't touching.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 5 minutes for medium/medium well.
- Place butter and garlic in a small bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until the butter is melted. Stir in parsley. Serve warm with the steak bites.
