Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly dice your red onion. Thinly slice your Thai leaves.
  2. Load into a bowl all your meatball ingredients and mix with your hands for a well coating of the seasoning and the onion.
  3. Make into Thai balls using the measuring scales to get equal sized meatballs. We did our meatballs to 47g each.
  4. Do all meatballs and then cook them in batches to what will fit in your air fryer.
  5. Load the Thai meatballs into the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  6. When the air fryer beeps serve your Thai meatballs over your lentil soup before serving.

Notes

  • Frozen. If your minced pork is frozen, follow our defrost mince in microwave instructions first.
  • Serving. If you are serving your Thai meatballs recipe with soup, then I recommend making the soup first as it takes longer to cook than the meatballs do.
  • Secret. The secret ingredient to perfect meatballs in the air fryer is a little soft cheese such as Philadelphia. It stops them from going dry and gives them the wow factor.
  • Thanks for reading our Thai meatballs recipe on Recipe This. We have many more air fryer recipes for you to check out next. Though if you would like to try more delicious mince recipes in the air fryer, then do check out our air fryer lasagne recipe next.
