Air Fryer Turnip Fries

If you love French fries, then you will love air fryer turnip fries. They are delicious, they are easy to prep and even your fussy veggie hating kids will love them.

Ingredients
- 4 Medium Turnips
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tsp dried parsley
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Chop off the tops and bottoms of the turnips and then peel them. Then chop into medium chips or thin French fries.
- Load the turnip fries into a mixing bowl with the olive oil and the seasonings and mix well with your hands.
- Place the turnip fries in air fryer and spread out. Air fry for 25 minutes at 160c/320f. Shake the fries and then air fry for a final 5 minutes at 200c/400f or until done to your level of crispness.
- Then serve with your favourite dipping sauces or why not add cheese and transform them into turnip fries.
Notes
- Seasonings. I find that you need some seasoning beyond salt and pepper, because the seasoning helps make the turnip crispy. But this can be anything including cooked turnips with cajun, fajita, mixed herbs, parsley, oregano or any other seasoning you can think of.
