Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 4 oz butter softened, unsalted
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup pecans chopped
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Gather the ingredients needed
  2. Prepare your 7-inch Air Fryer baking pan by spraying it with cooking oil and dusting it with flour.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, butter, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Pour batter into your prepared baking pan.
  6. Drizzle caramel over top. Using a toothpick, swirl it around.
  7. Air fry at 330ºF for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool then serve and enjoy
