  • 1.5 kg chicken whole
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tablespoon Olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Paprika and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper to a small bowl. Mix well to combine everything.
  2. Starting breast side up, rub t1.5 kg Whole chicken with half of the oil mixture. Flip over and rub the remaining oil mix over the underside.
  3. Place the chicken, breast side down, into the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  4. Using tongs or two forks, carefully flip the chicken over.
  5. Cook breast side up at 180°C/350℉ for a further 20-25 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the chicken from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.

  • Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes after cooking to retain juices and ensure tenderness.
