													This versatile, all-purpose dry steak rub is delicious on any cut of beef (or chicken for that matter!) Ideal for grilling steaks or throwing steaks under the broiler.

                                Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
 - 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
 - 2 teaspoons black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
 
Instructions
- Mix spices together well and sprinkle liberally on the steak before grilling or broiling as desired.
 
Notes
- This amount makes enough for about 2 pounds of beef.
