- 3/4 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almondmilk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
Optional Add-ins:
- ground cinnamon
- maca powder
- raw cacao powder
- blueberries or fruit of choice
- spinach or leafy green of choice
