Ingredients
- ¼ cup filleted aloe vera gel
- 1 banana
- ½ cup strawberries
- ¼ cup ice
- 1 ½ cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
- Taste the smoothie, adding more coconut milk if it is too thick or adding a sweetener of choice if it's not sweet enough for you.
- Pour into a cup or mason jar. Add fresh fruit topping or shredded coconut for garnish, if desired. Enjoy cold immediately, or store in fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes
- Storage: Store any leftovers in a mason jar with a lid. It will last for 24 hours, but I recommend drinking it immediately after making it. If the smoothie settles while in the fridge, just use a spoon or fork to mix everything together again.
- Substitutes: For best results, follow the recipe as is. However this is a very forgiving recipe and you can use any milk you'd like and any fruit of choice. You can also add honey or maple syrup to make it sweeter.
