Amazing Flour-less Brownies

These Amazing Flour-less Brownies use black beans as a base to create a rich, dense chocolate treat without any flour. Cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, and almond milk come together with baking powder, baking soda, and a hint of coffee for depth. The batter is mixed with semisweet chocolate chips both inside and on top, providing melty pockets of chocolate. The resulting brownies offer a fudgy texture and intense chocolate flavor suitable for those avoiding flour.

Description

The Amazing Flour-less Brownies combine pureed black beans with cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, and almond milk to form a smooth, flour-free batter. The inclusion of baking powder, baking soda, and coffee grounds adds lift and enhances the chocolate notes. Half of the semisweet chocolate chips are folded into the batter, while the rest are sprinkled on top before baking. Baked at 350°F in a greased pan lined with parchment, the brownies develop a slightly crisp top with a moist, fudgy interior. Cooling completely before slicing ensures clean cuts and optimal texture.
