Warm your hands with this cozy apple cinnamon tea with ginger. Gala apples are simmered away and enhanced with cinnamon sticks and spicy ginger.

Ingredients
- 2 gala apples thinly sliced
- 5-7 thinly sliced ginger pieces
- 2 whole cinnamon sticks
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 4 ½ cups water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a large pot.
- Turn the stove to medium-low heat. Place the lid over the pot partially covered. Cook for one hour.
- When ready, place a super-fine strainer or mesh cloth over another pot and directly strain to discard the apples and spices.
- Transfer the filtered tea to a kettle or ladle the tea right into the teacup.
- Serve with a thin-sliced apple and cinnamon stick.
