Apple Fritter Monkey Bread
Description
Apple Fritter Monkey Bread combines peeled, diced apples tossed with brown sugar and cinnamon, layered with biscuit dough pieces coated in cinnamon sugar within a greased bundt pan. A sauce made of melted butter, more brown sugar, and vanilla extract is poured over before baking. The sugar and butter caramelize during baking, creating a sticky, sweet crust while the biscuits bake into soft, pillowy dough pockets around the tender spiced apples.
As it bakes at 350°F for about 50 to 60 minutes, the bread develops golden edges and a slightly crisp top. Covering the bread with foil if it browns too quickly helps prevent burning. After cooling briefly, it is inverted onto a plate for serving warm pieces of pull-apart bread with apple and spice flavors.
This monkey bread serves well for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, offering a handheld way to enjoy apple fritter flavors in a fun presentation.

- 2 cups apple peeled and diced
- ¼ cup brown sugar packed

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 32 ounces refrigerator biscuits 2 packages
Sauce

- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

- In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce, then pour the mixture over the biscuits in the bundt pan.
- Bake the monkey bread at 350F for 50-60 minutes. Check on the bread at 45 minutes and if the top is getting too dark, cover with foil for the remaining baking time.

- Serve the monkey bread warm.
