Description

Ingredients
- 1 small apple Granny Smith
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice plus additional for sprinkling, or cinnamon
- 1 ounce crescent roll dough canned
- 1/3 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut the apple into 8 wedges and remove the core.
- Pour the melted butter into a bowl, then add the apple slices and toss to coat. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar with the apple pie spice. Set aside.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. Lay the triangles out flat on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top each triangle of dough evenly with the brown sugar mixture and chopped pecans.
- Place one wedge of apple on its side on the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll the dough around the apple.
- Brush each roll with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with a small amount of apple pie spice or cinnamon.
- Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
