Apple Pie Bites

Apple Pie Bites wrap tender apple slices in buttery crescent roll dough, combined with brown sugar, apple pie spice, and pecans for a sweet, cinnamon-spiced treat. Baking them yields golden pastry pockets with soft, warm apple inside and a slight crunch from the pecans. They provide a convenient, single-serving dessert or snack option, ideal for sharing or on-the-go enjoyment.

Description

Apple Pie Bites start with Granny Smith apple wedges coated in melted butter and spiced brown sugar mixed with apple pie spice. These are placed on crescent roll dough triangles topped with chopped pecans and rolled up before baking until golden. The assembly creates a balance of tender fruit filling with a flaky, buttery crust and a hint of warm spice. The pecans add a crunchy texture contrast. Baking at 375°F for 10-12 minutes ensures the dough cooks through with a nicely browned exterior. These bites make small, handheld desserts perfect for serving after a meal or at gatherings where individual portions are desirable.
