Apple Snickers Salad

Apple Snickers Salad combines chopped Granny Smith apples and Snickers bars with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, Cool Whip, and vanilla instant pudding. The salad has a sweet, crunchy, and creamy texture with the contrast of tart apples and rich candy pieces, making it a chilled dessert or side dish that balances fresh fruit with indulgent flavors.

Description

This salad begins with mixing instant vanilla pudding powder and milk to form a thick base, which is then folded together with Cool Whip to create light creaminess. Separately, cream cheese is whipped with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth, then incorporated into the pudding mixture to add tanginess and thickness.

Chopped Granny Smith apples bring a crisp tartness that cuts through the sweetness and cream, while chopped Snickers bars add a chewy and nutty candy texture blending chocolate, caramel, and nougat. The salad is topped with a drizzle of caramel sauce before serving chilled.

Served cold, this salad offers a mix of crunchy, creamy, sweet, and tangy flavors ideal as a dessert or accompaniment to a meal needing a sweet contrast. It is a no-bake dish that emphasizes the textures of fresh fruit with candy mixed into a smooth pudding and cream base.
