Artichoke and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta
Description
The Artichoke and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta features farfalle cooked to preferred tenderness. While the pasta boils, shallots are gently sautéed to soften their flavor. Once drained and returned to the pan, the pasta is mixed with sautéed shallots, cubed cooked chicken breast, chopped artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and Alfredo sauce. This mix creates a creamy, savory pasta dish with textural contrast from the artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
The chicken adds protein, and the Alfredo sauce ties the flavors together with a smooth, rich consistency. The combination of the mildly sweet shallots with the tangy sun-dried tomato and the earthy artichokes forms a balanced flavor profile. This dish suits a casual meal served hot immediately after mixing to retain its creamy texture.
