Ingredients
- 1 large english cucumber
- 2 medium carrots peeled
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp water
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Use a julienne peeler or grater to shred the cucumber and carrots into long strips.
- Toss the vegetables in a medium bowl, along with both kinds of vinegar, water, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- Toss to coat evenly. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
- Chill until ready to serve. Best served cold. Enjoy.
