- 245 gms Lebanese cucumber diced, 1½ cups
- 180 gms carrot grated, 1½ cups
- ½ cup mint chopped, fresh
- ½ cup Coriander chopped, fresh
Dressing
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp ginger grated
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Chili pepper optional, chopped, fresh
