Meatballs:

  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs plain
  • 20 oz. ground turkey breast
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • cup green onion thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Dipping Sauce:

  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 1 garlic minced, clove

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix well. Form into 20 meatballs (about a ¼ cup each) and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
