Autumn Apple and Grape Medley

This Autumn Apple and Grape Medley blends crisp diced Gala apples and halved green grapes with a creamy mixture of Greek yogurt, cream cheese, agave, and vanilla. Topped with a brown sugar and nut crumble, it offers a sweet, fresh, and textured dessert or snack that highlights seasonal fruit flavors.

Description

The Autumn Apple and Grape Medley combines diced Gala apples and halved green grapes tossed with lemon juice to maintain freshness and prevent browning. The fruit is folded into a creamy blend of Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, agave syrup, and vanilla extract, creating a smooth, slightly tangy base.

This mixture is chilled in individual ramekins or a larger dish before being topped with a crunchy brown sugar and chopped walnut (or pecan) crumble. The contrast between creamy fruit and nutty topping provides a pleasing texture and flavor balance. This medley suits a seasonal dessert or snack that celebrates autumnal ingredients.
