Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado , halved and pitted
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 frozen banana , very ripe or 1 cup frozen sliced bananas
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 cups Ice cubes

- Combine the avocado, milk, banana, honey, and ice cubes in a high speed blender.
