Ingredients

  • 8 lices applewood smoked bacon
  • 1 baguette cut into 3-4 equal pieces, toasted, for serving
  • 4 tablespoons Hidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Pepper Sandwich Spread & Dip or more to taste
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 2 roma tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado halved, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces sliced honey roasted turkey

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the bacon and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate; set aside.
  2. Spread 1/2 tablespoon sandwich spread over 1 side of each bread slice. Top with arugula, tomatoes, avocado, turkey and bacon, and then top with another slice of bread, to create a sandwich. Repeat with remaining slices of bread to make 4 sandwiches.
  3. Serve immediately.
