Ingredients
- 2 sandwich-sized croissants
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 ounces smoked chicken deli meat
- 2 ounces smoked ham deli meat
- 2 ounces smoked turkey deli meat
- 2 slices baby swiss cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 tomato sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 2 pieces leaf lettuce
- mayo
- mustard

Instructions
- Slice each croissant horizontally.
- Layer one slice cheddar cheese on each croissant.
- Top with layers of chicken, ham, and turkey.
- Add one slice Swiss cheese over meat.
- Top with each sandwich with bacon, tomato slices, avocado slices, and a piece of lettuce.
- Spread top of croissant with mayo and mustard.
- Place top piece croissant over lettuce.
- Cut diagonally to serve.
Notes
- Cheddar cheese: Feel free to use another type of cheddar cheese like mild or medium cheddar.
- Swiss: If you can't find baby Swiss, regular Swiss cheese will work.
