  • 4 avocado or 2 large, small
  • 2 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio optional, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients together, except the pistachios, until obtaining a lump-free, homogeneous, creamy mixture.
  2. Pour avocado mixture into 4 ramekins, layering evenly. Place in the refrigerator for at least 45-60 minutes up to 2 hours. Right before serving, distribute evenly the chopped pistachios on top of each avocado mousse and serve. Enjoy!
