Ingredients

  • 10 ounces tuna drained, canned
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado cubed, medium
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add drained tuna, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and spices to a bowl and mix together well. (except avocado and coconut oil) into a bowl and mix.
  2. Cube avocado and fold into the tuna. Form tuna into balls and cover with almond flour.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add tuna balls and fry until browned on all sides.
