- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 large English cucumber, diced
- 2 large celery stalks, diced
- ¼ cup diced cilantro (about ¼ bunch)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper plus more to taste
- 2 Jalapeno peppers diced
