Notes

  • Please note that there nutrition facts are obviously wrong for this charcuterie board. The amount of ingredients you need (and the nutrition facts) will be based on how big the board is you're using, how many people you're serving, and how much each person consumes.
  • Tips:
  • Fresh herbs like mint are an easy way to add color without being overpowering.
  • Focus on good food, it can be tempting to put more and more on the board, but remember people are going to eat this so make sure everything you put on is worth eating not just pretty.
  • Choosing a color palette is helpful in keeping everything looking intentional and building a beautiful grazing board.
  • Avoid varying heights. While you don’t it to look flat, you also don’t want any drastic height differences that distract the eye. Keep everything within six inches or so. For example, rather than using cake pops, try cake balls without the sticks. Same product but is more visually appealing on a board.
  • Wrap the board tightly with plastic wrap for transporting. Then just carefully unwrap when you get to your location!
