  • 500 gms baccalà salted cod, 1.1 lbs
  • 200 ml tomato puree a little less than 1 cup
  • 2 garlic halved, cloves
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • flour
  • salt to taste

Notes

  • I like to serve baccalà with potatoes, either boiled, steamed or pan fried with some onion.
