Baked Corned Beef (only 3-ingredients)

This baked corned beef brisket is slowly cooked in the oven with just 3-ingredients. The brisket turns out perfectly tender and it's so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds corned beef brisket (with seasoning packet), rinsed with cold water, patted dry
  • 1 cup beer (Lager or Pilsner)
  • 1/4 cup mustard stone ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325℉ and prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 inches baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Add the corned beef brisket to the baking dish with the fat side up. Pour in the beer and brush the stone ground mustard and seasoning packet over the top of the corned beef.
  3. Cover tightly with foil and roast for 3 ½ hours. Remove the oven and take off the foil, roast for another 30 minutes uncovered.
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing, serve with potatoes and carrots. Enjoy!
