Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs feature juicy, tender chicken thighs coated in a honey and Dijon mustard glaze with garlic, oregano, and parsley. Baking covered and then uncovered allows the chicken to cook through while developing a caramelized, golden skin. The combination of sweet honey and tangy mustard balances well with savory seasonings, making a flavorful main dish that pairs easily with vegetables or grains.

Description

This recipe for Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs uses eight medium-sized chicken thighs seasoned with salt and pepper, then marinated in a sauce of honey, Dijon and whole grain mustards, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and fresh chopped parsley. The chicken is baked covered at 350°F for 30 minutes, allowing gentle cooking and flavor infusion, then uncovered for an additional 15 to 30 minutes to develop color and slightly crisp skin. The sauce creates a sticky, flavorful coating that keeps the meat moist and tender. This preparation suits a family meal or dinner served alongside your choice of sides.
