These Baked Potato Wedges are golden crisp on the outside, tender, and flaky on the inside. A healthier alternative to French fries and so easy to make at home!

Ingredients
- 5 small potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Johnny's Seasoning Salt or any kind of seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Scrub potatoes well, slice into wedges
- Place in a large plastic bag. Add olive oil and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray with the skin side down.
- Sprinkle potatoes generously with seasoning salt and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes (or until cooked through and golden brown). Do not stir while cooking.
- Serve with ketchup, fry sauce, or ranch dressing.
